Sufna: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s Team Does TANIA’s Makeup

Ever since the first look of Sufna’s lead heroine Tania’s first look from the movie has been out, the audience and her fans are wondering what are these cute little dots on the girl’s face?

Speaking exclusively with Iampunjaabi.com, both Tania and the male lead Ammy Virk revealed that these dots are actually freckles which were deliberately inserted with advanced makeup techniques on Tania’s face to make her character look more real.

Expressing gratitude to his first ever Bollywood movie with Ranveer Singh, ’83’s makeup team, Ammy told Iampunjaabi.com, “I am really thankful to our makeup team from Mumbai who did our entire cast’s makeup in our upcoming Hindi movie, ’83 as well. We hired them especially to create Tania’s realistic look for Sufna based on the vision of Jaggi (Jagdeep Sidhu) Bhaj.”

“My character in Sufna comes from the lower strata of our society – daily wagers who work on the farms and are exposed to the Sun the entire day. Due to this, they often develop freckles – the red dots around nose and cheeks. We wanted the look to be as realistic as possible,” said Tania.

It may be mentioned that Tania had to pass through a ‘Look Test’ conducted by the director, Jagdeep Sidhu to bag the role of a lead heroine in Sufna.

What’s more interesting is the fact that Ammy Virk believes that Tania has done such justice to her role in Sufna that it’s HER who’ll be remembered by the audience when they come out of the theatre.

“I have no qualms in accepting that Sufna belongs to Tania. I have done my role as any other role fitting to the character to the best of my abilities, but it’s Tania who has actually stepped up her game and done something extraordinary.”

Speaking about what sort of pressure she felt to accomplish her task as the lead heroine in Sufna, Tania said, “I had no need to be nervous or anxious as I was blessed with co-actor like Ammy Virk and director like Jagdeep Sidhu. The atmosphere on the set was always kept very jovial and friendly by my team which made me feel very comfortable.”

Sufna: The Love Ballad ‘Jannat’ Is the Perfect Track for This Valentine’s Day

B Praak’s latest track ‘Jannat’ from upcoming Punjabi movie, Sufna bagged the trending status on YouTube within just a few hours of its release

The makers of Sufna have now released the official music video of love ballad, ‘Jannat’ which has been sung by Mann Bharrya fame singer, B Praak who has also given the music for this track.

The lyrics have been written by Jaani and the Mixing Mastering has been done by Gurjinder Singh from Saffron Touch Studio.

The aesthetically captured video of Jannat provides a sneak-peak into the innocent love story of Ammy Virk and Tania which will be seen in the Punjabi romantic entertainment movie, Sufna. It is evident from the music video that Sufna will celebrate the piousness and innocence of love in this well-knit love story.

The official music video of ‘Jannat which was released earlier in the day today on the YouTube channel of Speed Records, soon bagged the trending status within just a few hours. With the perfect blend of melodious music and meaningful lyrics, Jannat is the perfect love ballad for this valentine’s day!

Chal Mera Putt 2: Time for Double the Fun!

The sequel of Punjabi comedy drama movie Chal Mera Putt starring Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal is all set to release on 13th March

After tickling the funny bone last year, the makers of Chal Mera Putt are now back with a bang with the sequel of the movie, Chal Mera Putt 2.

Produced by Karaj Gill under the banner of Rhythm Boyz Entertainment, Chal Mera Putt 2 stars Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal in lead roles. The movie also stars Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti, Akram Udas, Gurshabad, and Zafri Khan in supporting roles.

But the most important fact in Chal Mera Putt this time is the comeback of Garry Sandhu – Punjabi singer who had made his acting debut in 2014 with Romeo Ranjha but was never seen in any Punjabi flick after that. In Romeo Ranjha, he starred along with Jazzy B.

The first part of the sequel, Chal Mera Putt narrated the story of a group of illegal immigrants who were living in the city of Birmingham, United Kingdom. The film explored the struggles they face, the lasting friendships they make and the insurmountable challenges they overcome while trying to get their permanent residency.

A complete family package movie, Chal Mera Putt was seen to be a light hearted comedy which kept the audience engaged till the end. It depicted the challenges faced by the immigrants in a mild light with a tinge of humour and sarcasm.

Sufna: Karamjit Anmol Also To Be Part Of The Dream Team

One of the most-loved actors of the Punjabi film industry, Karamjit Anmol will be seen playing a special role in the upcoming romantic entertainment movie, Sufna.

A well-knit love story of a couple from a village of Punjab, Sufna promises to be an emotional yet adorable and entertaining love story.

Roshan Prince Fans Enjoy His Latest Single ‘London’

Singer-turned-actor Roshan Prince has won the hearts of his fans once again with peppy romantic music track, London

Blessed with a melodious voice and a charming personality, Roshan Prince has never made a failed attempt in amusing his fans with chart-buster music tracks such as Tera Yaar Bolda, Back to Bhangra, Bas Tu, and Pekeyan Nu.

Roshan Prince today added another feather to his music hat with a peppy romantic music track titled ‘London’.

Sung by Roshan Prince, the lyrics of the track have been penned by Jaggi Jaggowal. Jaymeet is the Music Director of the track and Kiren Raju is seen to be the female lead.

Besides that Roshan Prince will also be starring along with Isha Rikhi and Yograj Singh in a first Punjabi Horror-comedy titled ‘Boo Main Dargi’. The shooting of Boo Main Dargi took place in one of the most haunted places of India near Morni Hills in Panchkula district of Haryana.

Boo Main Dargi also stars actors like Anita Devgan and Gurpreet Bhangu. The film has been written and directed by Raju Verma.

The recently released music track of the movie, Ammi has now set new benchmarks by receiving an overwhelming response within just few hours of its release.

Sufna: The Love Drenched Tale of Ammy Virk and Tania Winning Hearts Before Release

While the countdown for the upcoming Punjabi romantic drama movie, Sufna has already begun, Punjabi movie fans are seen to be thoroughly excited to see Ammy Virk and Tania together on the silver screen.

With the release of Sufna’s official trailer on Speed Record’s YouTube channel last week, the Punjabi audiences cannot keep calm for the movie’s release.

The official trailer of the movie surpassed benchmarks within just one day of its release and as on today, the trailer has witnessed over 5,312,340 hits on YouTube.

Not only this, the musical melodies of Sufna such as Qubool Aa, Jaan Deeyan Ge, and Channa Ve also received an overwhelming response from the audiences.

Chal Mera Putt 2: Garry Sandhu To Make A Comeback With Amrinder Gill

Taking the legacy of last year’s cult classic ‘Chal Mera Putt’ forward, the team of Rhythm Boyz Entertainment is back with its sequel – Chal Mera Putt 2 now.

Starring superstar Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal in the lead along with renowned Pakistani actors like Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti and Akram Udas, Chal Mera Putt became the highest Punjabi movie grosser overseas in 2019 and now with the addition of new faces, the sequel seems to have all the ingredients to become another blockbuster.

One Big name who’s going to be added up in the list of new faces in Chal Mera Putt 2 is going to be Garry Sandhu, who’ll be making his comeback in Punjabi film industry through this film.
