Jind Mahi Promises a Fresh Hue of Love in Pollywood

Ever since the official trailer of Jind Mahi has been dropped by White Hill Studios, Punjabi movie lovers cannot keep calm about the movie’s release!

With Sonam Bajwa, Ajay Sarkaria and Gurnam Bhullar in the lead roles, Jind Mahi traces the story of two young Punjabis who are earning their living abroad.

As the trailer unfolds, we witness Sonam Bajwa as ‘Laddo’ in a happy-go-lucky Punjabi girl personality, which she has aced to the core! And with these positive vibes, how could a guy-next-door not fall in love with her? So, that’s exactly what happens when Ajay Sarkaria falls in love with her, only to find out that she (probably!) likes someone else. However, true love is not worth giving up so easily and that is what keeps Ajay going.

Sonam recently also took to social media to express her gratitude for being a part of this movie. Needless to say, this movie has the capacity to become one of the most iconic Punjabi romantic drama movies in the history of Punjabi entertainment.

The trailer also introduces Gurnam Bhullar in a dashing look that is definitely worth mentioning, and it is certainly his charm that supposedly attracts Sonam Bajwa in the movie.

Sonam Bajwa and Gurnam Bhullar have earlier shared the screen in the movie Main Viyah Nahi Karona Tere Naal (2022), whereas Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria have earlier graced the screen together in Ardab Mutiyaran (2019).

Within just a few hours of its release, the trailer of Jind Mahi has attained the trending status on YouTube with over 5 million views in India

Amrinder Gill All Set to Mark His Directorial Debut

This month has been full of fun and frolic for Pollywood as some of the much-awaited Punjabi movies have hit the silver screen over the last two weeks. And needless to say, all of them have won hearts of the audiences across the globe.

In another exciting news for the Punjabi entertainment industry, the heartthrob singer and actor, Amrinder Gill is all set to mark his directorial debut with upcoming Punjabi movie titled Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya.

Penned by Amberdeep Singh and produced under the banner of Rhythm Boyz and Amberdeep Singh, the movie is slated to release on 29th July. It stars Amrinder Gill and Sargun Mehta in the lead role, alongside Binnu Dhillon and many other famous celebrities of the Punjabi film industry. Amrinder Gill and Sargun Mehta have earlier shared the screen for various Punjabi movies including Lahoriye (2017), Love Punjab (2016), and Angrej (2015).

Shareek 2 Wins Hearts Across the Globe!

8th July marked the release of Shareek’s sequel, Shareek 2 starring Jimmy Sheirgill, Dev Kharoud, and Sharan Kaur in the lead roles. This Punjabi thriller, drama, and action underlines the story of two stepbrothers whose feud goes way beyond the ownership of land and eventually leads into a war for love, honour, pride and claiming a sense of identity!

Actor Nav Bajwa Survives a Major Road Accident in USA

Actor Nav Bajwa, who is on a tour to USA to promote his upcoming movie “Raduaa Returns” managed to survive a major road accident that left him injuries. The accident occurred on 4th July when a speeding vehicle hit his car from behind at 120 km/ hr while he was coming back from the US Independence day Celebrations.Currently under the medical supervision, the 32 year old actor is out of danger and under medical supervision as per the sources in the know of the on ground situation. Nav Bajwa, has mostly sustained injuries on arms, legs and internal injuries. It was the airbags that helped as savior for the actor during this sudden high impact collision.“We are really grateful to the Almighty who’s blessing are behind Nav Bajwa’s survival”, the source said.The whole team and his fans who got to know of the incident are praying for Nav Bajwa’s speedy recovery and are hoping to see him back with same zeal and energy as he always is.Raduaa Returns is the movie that provides the audience with action, comedy and The Great Khali!
