Released today, Jind Jaan has a lot of good things to offer to family-film-watchers! So, we present an insider’s view into what all can you expect from the movie. 

• Rib-tickling Comedy: Jind Jaan features some of the best veterans from the industry including Upasana Singh, Jaswinder Bhalla and Harby Sangha who fill the movie with truckloads of comedy. The movie also features Bollywood comic villain Swatantra Bharat in a pivotal role, who add to the fun element of the story.
• The Scintillating Chemistry between Rajvir Jawanda & Sara Sharma: The first time on-screen duo of singer-turned-actor, Rajvir Jawanda and Indian TV actress, Sara Sharma are seen acting parallel to each other. The love story is about a couple who meets in Thailand through their family and fall in love with each other. As the story unfolds, they come across insurmountable challenges and that’s how the craziness reaches its peak.
• A Modern-age storyline: Director Darshan Bagga who marks his comeback in the Ballewood industry after a short span is renowned for his modern-age movies and Jind Jaan stands testament to the same. With elements of comedy, romance, drama, action, and art, Jind Jaan is something that kids and parents can watch together. 

• Opulent visuals & production finesse: Aesthetically surpassing the benchmark set by Ballewood, Jind Jaan promises to take the production finesse a notch higher than the rest. With a proficient team of experts from Bollywood, the movie will take the audience through some opulent locations ranging from snow-capped Georgia to Thailand.
• Special Appearances & Drama: Jind Jaan features eminent actor, Gaurav Kakkar in a negative role. Jam-packed with a lot of drama and action, the movie also has a few special appearances including that of Guggu Gill.

Made under the banner of BRS Films, Jind Jaan is produced by Pawan Aggarwal and Karan Aggarwal along with co-producer Dheeraj Bhandari. Directed by Darshan Bagga who has made his comeback in the Ballewood industry after a short break of a few years, the storyline of the movie has also been penned by him. The screenplay of Jind Jaan is written by veteran Rajeev Kaul and the dialogues are written by Didar Gill and Mintu.

[h4]Kavita Kaushik, the F.I.R. famed renowned TV actress who made her way into Punjabi cinema two years ago with Vekh Barataan Challiyan, is all set to become the lady love of actor-turned-producer ‘Karamjit Anmol’ in their upcoming film, Mindo Taseeldarni. [/h4]

What’s more? Kavita herself gave a glimpse of their romance by sharing a poster of Mindo Taseeldarni today in which we can see both looking cute and at total ease with each other. While making an announcement about the next song of the film, titled ‘Surma’, Kavita captioned the image on her Instagram post as “@karamjitanmol ay ki ho raya eh ?? Hath fadh litta ?? Haww”

In an interview, Karamjit Anmol remarked that though it wasn’t easy for him to romance Kavita on-screen, it was the actress herself who did her best to make him feel comfortable. Releasing on 28th June, Mindo Taseeldarni is directed by Avtar Singh film, produced by Karamjit Anmol and Ranjiv Singla. It stars Karamjit Anmol, Kavita Kaushik, Rajvir Jawanda and Isha Rikhi in the lead.

The moment Ninja had shared the first-look poster of his upcoming film ‘Zindagi Zindabad’, the film became the main topic of discussion among the Punjabi film fans and enthusiasts. The poster showed Ninja in an almost unrecognizable avatar, with his face heavily swollen. The first-look confirmed that Zindagi Zindabad is going to be a strong content-driven film. 

Starring Mandy Takhar as Ninja’s lady love, Zindagi Zindabad’s latest pics from its sets have emerged, once again giving a rise to speculations regarding the theme of the film. Reportedly, based on some real-life incidents, ‘Zindagi Zindabad’ has been directed by Prem Singh Sidhu and is slated to release on August 2nd.

[h4]The beautiful actress of Punjabi cinema, Isha Rikhi, who’s these days promoting her upcoming film with Kavita Kaushik – Mindo Taseeldarni, took it to her social media handle yesterday to share her character based poster. [/h4]

Playing ‘Jeeto’ in the film, Isha wrote, that this character is very close to her heart.

“I was earlier approached for playing ‘Mindo’ but when ‘Jeeto’ was narrated to me, I felt more connected to it and the makers also agreed with the same. It really doesn’t matter if its second lead or first lead, as in ‘Mindo Taseeldarni’, the story is all about characters. I think this character will be the turning point of my career” said Isha talking to a leading daily. 

Starring Kavita Kaushik in the lead along with Rajvir Jawanda and Karamjit Anmol, Mindo Taseeldarni hits the silver screen on 28th June.

[h4]Singer-turned-actor Rajvir Jawanda and Sara Sharma are all set to grace the silver screen this Friday (14th June) with the release of modern age Punjabi romantic comedy movie, Jind Jaan. [/h4]

The first-of-its-kind romantic comedy movie, Jind Jaan is all set to release worldwide on June 14, 2019. Written and directed by Darshan Bagga, the movie traces a modern age love story of a boy and a girl.

Providing an insider’s view into his role in the movie, lead actor Rajvir Jawanda shared with Iampunjaabi.com, “I am playing the role of a boy who sings very well and goes abroad from Punjab for a job. There he gets a job to teach music to a wealthy girl in a foreign country. That’s where the love story begins.”

Extremely excited to step into the Punjabi film industry in the lead role, Rajvir Jawanda also added, “I have already acted in Simarjeet Singh’s film ‘Subedar Joginder Singh’, but ‘Jind Jaan’ is my first film as a lead role. Acting has always been a dream for me and I am lucky that singing helped me chase this dream.”

He will be seen acting parallel to a renowned face in the South Indian film industry, Sara Sharmaa who will make a debut in the Punjabi film industry with Jind Jaan. The adorable duo of the two is already being loved by the Punjabi audiences across the globe for their sizzling chemistry which is evident in the trailer and the music tracks of the movie.

Produced by Karan Aggarwal and Pawan Aggarwal under the banner of BRS Films, the movie also stars Jaswinder Bhalla, Harby Sangha, Gaurav Kakkar, Swatantra Bharat, and Upasana Singh in pivotal roles. The film will be distributed worldwide by Omjee Group.

If there’s one filmmaker in our industry who has always dared to do something different and out of league, then it has to be Gippy Grewal. From making films about “life after death”, starting the trend of wedding dramas, to making films on subjects like bank robberies and our flawed social system, Gippy Grewal has always taken challenges, whether as an actor, director or producer.

In 2016, Gippy Grewal surprised everyone with his debut film as a director – Ardaas, which became a runaway hit. The film explored themes of spirituality and held values of social significance.  Now to promote its sequel titled, Ardaas Karan, Gippy Grewal has decided to do something out of the box and instead of a trailer, he’s going to release several “chapters” telling the story of every character.
