The film ‘Jhalley’ will be produced under Binnu Dhillon banner, Binnu Dhillon Productions and Sargun-Ravi’s home production Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt Ltd with Munish Walia Productions.

When asked by the news anchor as to who Gippy’s favorite is in the current team. Gippy quipped, “Virat Kohli”, echoing Sapna’s thoughts who too has the Indian cricket team’s captain as her favorite.
Gippy also said that earlier he and his team were inclined to keep the release date of their upcoming film, Ardaas Karaan on the 12th of July but then they pushed the date to 19th as they were all highly confident of India winning the world cup on 14th. “We thought Indian team would be needing two-three days for celebrations also, hence we decided to keep the release date 19th of July,” said Gippy emphasising on his confidence in Indian cricket team.
Later, Gippy also sung his famous song “Angreji Beat” to cheer up Team India. He chose the song “Angreji Beat’ as the world cup is taking place England itself.
Also, present on the panel was former cricketer Reetinder Singh Sodhi who called, Gippy Grewal as the “Viral Kohli” of Punjabi entertainment industry.

Talking about Sonam Bajwa’s role, as it is inferred from the trailer, the film has a romantic subplot weaved in its story too. Playing Nikki, Sonam is able to draw attention to herself owing to her perfect screen presence.

“It wasn’t a secret. A lot of people knew about it and I used to roam out in the open but nobody saw me. I am a very private person and I just don’t like to talk about my life, unless asked. It’s just that I never spoke about her. It so happened, that somebody asked me this question and I spoke about it,” Mahie was quoted to be saying to Mid-Day newspaper.”
While talking about her boyfriend, the actress said that she gave birth to a girl three years ago with her boyfriend who she has been “dating for more than 10 years now”. And, they live together in Goa.
On her plans about marriage, Mahie reportedly said, “What is the need for marriage? It all depends on their own thinking and time. Families and children can be made without marriage. In his recent Facebook post, Grewal raised his concern about how American singer and song writer, Michael Jackson appointed 12 doctors at home who would daily examine him from hair to toe-nails with the vision to live 150 years. However, as destiny would have it, Jackson’s heart stopped functioning when he was 50 years old. A team of proficient doctors from across the globe couldn’t help him fulfill his dream of living for 150 years.
Through this narrative, Gippy Grewal made an attempt to highlight the little things that actually mean a lot in reality.
“Control life or else life will control you. The things which really matter at the end of life is contentment, satisfaction and peace.Sadly,these cannot be bought,” he concluded.
Grewal’s upcoming Punjabi movie, Ardaas Karaan also seems to be in sync with the same. The movie talks about how people from different generations often tend to have a conflict in opinion about life oblivious to the spiritual meaning of life.
