Rab Di Mehhar: Ajay Sarkaria and Kashish Rai to lead In A New Punjabi Romantic Movie, releasing on August 4

Baahn Fadke: Dance your heart out with this new song from Jind Mahi

One of the most prolific film production houses in Punjab, Whitehill Studios’ upcoming movie, Jind Mahi has already become the talk of the town with its music being one of the keyfactors behind its popularity besides of course, the much-loved trailer.

The latest song which has been released by the makers is Baahn Fadke which is a fun dance number with a beautiful folk vibe to it.

Sung by Gurlez Akhtar and Dilpreet Dhillon, the video of the song features the lead duo, Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria.

Jind Mahi Promises a Fresh Hue of Love in Pollywood

Ever since the official trailer of Jind Mahi has been dropped by White Hill Studios, Punjabi movie lovers cannot keep calm about the movie’s release!

With Sonam Bajwa, Ajay Sarkaria and Gurnam Bhullar in the lead roles, Jind Mahi traces the story of two young Punjabis who are earning their living abroad.

As the trailer unfolds, we witness Sonam Bajwa as ‘Laddo’ in a happy-go-lucky Punjabi girl personality, which she has aced to the core! And with these positive vibes, how could a guy-next-door not fall in love with her? So, that’s exactly what happens when Ajay Sarkaria falls in love with her, only to find out that she (probably!) likes someone else. However, true love is not worth giving up so easily and that is what keeps Ajay going.

Sonam recently also took to social media to express her gratitude for being a part of this movie. Needless to say, this movie has the capacity to become one of the most iconic Punjabi romantic drama movies in the history of Punjabi entertainment.

The trailer also introduces Gurnam Bhullar in a dashing look that is definitely worth mentioning, and it is certainly his charm that supposedly attracts Sonam Bajwa in the movie.

Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria’s ‘Jind Mahi’ To Be Released On This Day

Originally scheduled for a July 8 release (clashing with Jimmy Sheirgill’s Shareek 2), Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria’s ‘Jind Mahi’ has now been postponed.

This Whitehill Studios film will instead release on August 5 this year and mark the directorial debut of Sameer Pannu’s, who has already worked as an assistant director in Whitehill Studios’ other successful films including Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa’s 2019 blockbuster Muklawa.

This is not the first time though that Ajay Sarkaria and Sonam Bajwa will be appearing on the big screen together. The duo has already worked together Whitehil Studios’ Ardab Mutiyaran (2019), which was directed by Manav Shah.

The new release date of Jind Mahi was announced by Sonam Bajwa herself on her official Instagram page.
