Parmish Verma WARNS His Fans: Fake Concert Passes Sold

Parmish Verma who is making headlines these days due to his upcoming film Jinde Meriye with Sonam Bajwa – the duo’s second Punjabi movie together, was in shock when he learnt about fake passes being sold in his name in Jamshedpur.

Parmish Verma warned his fans for not believing anyone who’s selling fake live concert passes in his name. Rather he shared that he’s having no show in Jamshedpur anyway.

As we all know that Parmish Verma is a huge name in Punjab when it comes to top singers here. There’s no denying that Parmish sets the stage ablaze whenever he performs be it in Punjab or anywhere else.

So, whenever Parmish Verma’s fans learn about any of his shows, they tend to think nothing and just buy his passes without checking their authenticity. Now according to reports, some social miscreants have been selling fake passes of a concert that says to feature Parmish Verma’s performance in Jamshedpur.

However, terming this news as fake, Parmish Verma took down to his social media to inform his fans about this development. He shared a couple of videos to safeguard the interest of his fans.

In the videos Parmish Verma made clear that there’s no show happening in Jamshedpur and therefore, the tickets being sold are completely fake.

Parmish also requested his fans to check his managing company’s official handles to get genuine updates on the shows and concerts. Further, he also expressed that he is feeling really disappointed by the act and has asked his fans to put an effort for a pay back.

On the film front, as we mentioned earlier, Parmish Verma is leaving no stone unturned to promote his next Punjabi movie Jinde Meriye with Sonam Bajwa. The film is going to get released on 24th Jan and is directed by Pankaj Batra.

Jinde Meriye: Sonam Bajwa and Parmish Verma Post A Mushy Pic Together

Parmish Verma might not have made any buzz at the box-office with his last outing as an actor in the Punjabi version ‘Singham’ released last year, but he and Sonam Bajwa are certainly in news once again due to their awesome pairing together in Jinde Meriye.

Well, no one knows the fate of Jinde Meriye but audience is surely loving the cute and mushy pictures and posters featuring Parmish Verma and Sonam Bajwa together.

After catching the attention of the fans with their full-of-romance trailer, this leading duo of Jinde Meriye released a song called “Tere Bin”, a love song that caught the pulse of Punjabi public who loves ‘love stories’. The song genuinely received a great response and is being watched over and over again on various music streaming platforms.

Now to hook the audience even further, Parmish Verma has taken to his social media handle to share a glimpse from the movie’s song ‘Tere Bin’.

While sharing the picture, he also took a moment out to write a caption: “Tere Bin Haye Marr Hi Na Jayiye…”

In this picture, one can see Parmish Verma and Sonam Bajwa in an ultra-romantic mood, seeming to be totally lost in each other’s arms.

The comments made on the picture reveal the fact that Punjabi film fans are quite fond of pure love stories and not just comedies!

Jinde Meriye will release on 24th January and is directed by Pankaj Batra, the director behind films like Sajjan Singh Rangroot, Bambukat and High End Yaariyan.

Besides the lead starcast that comprises Parmish Verma and Sonam Bajwa, Jinde Meriye also features another singer-actor – Yuvraj Hans, veteran actor, Hobby Dhaliwal, Goldy Desi Crew and Navneet Kaur Dhillon in important roles.

Ik Sandhu Hunda Si Pre-Teaser Out, Gippy Grewal Set To Surprise On Lohri

Gippy Grewal has released the pre-teaser of Ik Sandhu Hunda Si today, his first Punjabi movie to be released this year.

Along with rolling out the pre-teaser of Ik Sandhu Hunda Si, the actor who’s also the producer of this movie, has made an announcement that he will be releasing the full teaser of Ik Hunda Si on 13th January.

Interestingly, it’s Lohri on 13th Jan – a very popular Punjabi ‘bonfire’ festival.

The release date of Ik Sandhu Hunda Si is 28th February 2020.

Talking about the director of Ik Sandhu Hunda Si, it is being directed by Rakesh Mehta who’s known for critically acclaimed films like Deep Sidhu’s Rang Panjab and last year’s film based on Indo-Pak partition, Yaara Ve.

One of the highlights of Ik Sandhu Hunda Si is the female lead of the film, who’s none other than popular model Neha Sharma.

Neha Sharma was also seen as a model in Diljit Dosanjh’s song ‘Gulabi Pagg’ released in 2019.

One look at the pre-teaser of Ik Sandhu Hunda Si and we can guess that this is a film which is going to be different from run-of-the-mill movies.

According to reports, Gippy Grewal will be playing the role of “Student” in this film.

Other notable cast of this Punjabi movie IK Sandhu Hunda Si includes actors like Roshan Prince, Babbal Rai and Mukul Dev.

Apart from IK Sandhu Hunda Si, which Gippy Grewal is producing under his home production label, Humble Motion Pictures, Gippy Grewal is also making films like Binnu Dhillon and Zareen Khan’s Phatte Dinde Chakk Punjabi and Rana Ranbir’s directorial, Posti, a film based on the problem of drugs in Punjab.

Daddy Cool Munde Fool 2 Release Date Confirmed For August This Year

One of the most eagerly awaited Jassie Gill Punjabi movies in the year 2020 is going to another Punjabi Comedy – Daddy Cool Munde Fool 2, which is the sequel of Daddy Cool Munde Fool that released in the year 2013.

The news of this Punjabi comedy was announced today on the social media pages of the cast and filmmakers with a new poster. Have a look:

Pind Surangpuriya: New Punjabi Movie With Armaan Bedil Announced

Pind Surangpuriya – Yes, this is actually the name of an upcoming Punjabi movie starring the young singing sensation Armaan Bedil, who’s getting quite popular among the Punjabi producers here.

While just before the start of 2020, Armaan Bedil’s first Punjabi movie as a lead actor was announced named, “Nirbhau Nirvair”, now the fresh news is the announcement of his upcoming flick Pind Surangpuriya.

From its name, the film seems to be a story of a particular Punjabi village. When you read what’s written on the poster in Gurmukhi: “Haaseyaan De Paenge Lenter”, one can safely assume that Pind Surangpuriya is going to be another Punjabi comedy.

As of now, what we can tell you is that Pind Surangpuriya will be made under the banner of Joy Production House. It is written and directed by Mukesh Vohra. The movie is produced by Manoj Sethi.

Besides Armaan Bedil, Pind Surangpuriya’s cast includes Akanksha Sareen, Mannat Kaur, Rajiv Thakur, Rana Jung Bahadur and Vijay Tandon.

So far the release date of Pind Surangpuriya is not announced.

Punjabi romantic entertainer movie, Sufna starring singer – turned – actor Ammy Virk and Tania is all set to release on this Valentine’s Day. The duo has earlier shared screen in blockbuster Punjabi movies like Qismat (2018) and Guddiyan Patole (2019). However, Tania will be seen playing the role of a lead actress for the first time.

Written and directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, Sufna is a well-knit modern love story of a young couple in Punjab.

Produced under the banner of Panj Paani Films, Sufna is slated to release on 14^th February, 2020. So, mark your calendars for this Valentine’s day and stay tuned to know more about this romantic entertainment movie!

Apart from Sufna, Ammy Virk’s other movies lined up for 2020 include his first Hindi movie ’83 releasing in April, then Puaada which will release in June this year. In Puaada, Sonam Bajwa will be seen playing the lead role with him. Ammy Virk will also star in Lekh opposite his Qismat heroine – Sargun Mehta. This Punjabi movie will release on 18th Sep 2020.

The teaser of Jora 2, which is in continuation of Jora Dus Numbariya (the Original which was hugely admired by critics and masses alike in 2017), starts with a typical Deep-Sidhu-Films’ like dark action with the squealing sounds of car wheels and door bangs in the backdrop.

However, the moment Deep Sidhu speaks a few dialogues in his powerful “deep” voice in chaste Punjabi, one’s bound to get hooked to the teaser and get curious about the film.

Khatre Da Ghuggu: Turning Childhood Dreams into a Reality

Diljott, Jordan Sandhu, and BN Sharma starrer Khatre Da Ghuggu is slated to release on January 17, 2020

The Punjabi film industry is all set to kick-start 2020 with utmost zeal as Khatre Da Ghuggu knocks the door on January 17.

Produced by Ananta Film and directed by Shivtar Shiv and Aman Cheema, Khatre Da Ghuggu narrates the story of a Radio Jockey named Fateh who is being played by Jordan Sandhu.

While speaking to Iampunjaabi.com, Jordan Sandhu said, “Fateh works as a Radio Jockey to earn money and fulfill his childhood dream of becoming a singer. Owing to his huge fan following, Fateh meets ‘Meet’ who is being played by Diljott.”

So the story is all about the duo getting attracted to each other and how they eventually fall in love eventually. But as destiny would have it, this love story finds its share of thorns.

The girl’s father ‘Kanwar Mahinder Singh’ who is being played by the talented comedian B. N. Sharma disapproves the relationship. A very superstitious person, Kanwar, works for the Punjab Electricity Board, who is already unhappy with his family, office workers and his whole life.

With many ups and downs because of a gangster, an astrologer, a hypocrite, and various circumstances, the story unfolds in a rather comic and interesting way which promises to keep the audiences intrigued till the end.

Will Meet get his love? will Fateh become a singer? will enthusiasm come back in Kanwar Mahinder Singh’s life? All these questions are answered in an entertaining way in the film ‘Khatre Da Ghuggu’. Mark your calendars for 17th January to know more!

Dev Kharoud’s Zakhmi: Three Things That Are Special About This Punjabi Movie

Dev Kharoud’s Zakhmi has all the potential to be another of his blockbuster movies just in the lines of his previous Punjabi action movies.

Showcasing the story of a family man who would go to any extent to protect his family comprising a wife (Aanchal Singh) and daughter (played by a charming child artiste whose name hasn’t yet been revealed), Zakhmi’s teaser has already been released.

So here is why we think that Zakhmi has the potential to be another Pollywood blockbuster:

1. Rich Storyline: Dev Kharoud’s Zakhmi one of the strongest points seems to be its rich logic-based storyline which will be packed with enough action and thrill. So just like Dev Kharould’s other movies, Zakhmi will serve his fans just what they expect the most from him – terrific action and realistic acting!

2. Aanchal Singh: Aanchal Singh is a Bollywood and Tamil actress and model who’s making her entry in Punjabi cinema with Dev Kharoud in Zakhmi. Her pairing with Dev Kharoud is already being loved by fans. So her stepping into Zakhmi is seen as another USP of the film. Not to forget her look and expression in the teaser that completely gel with the theme of the movie.

3. Child artiste: Any film that has child artistes as one of the important characters of the movie (eg. Shinda in Ardaas Karaan, young Simi Chahal in Daana Paani, Uda Aida’s all child artistes) gets an advantage of being able to emotionally grip the audience. In Zakhmi’s teaser, we can already see how the little girl playing Dev Kharoud’s daughter in Zakhmi is able to hook the audience with her innocence!

Zakhmi will release on 7th February 2020. It is produced by Binnu Dhillon and Ashu Munish Sahni. Further, Zakhmi is being directed by Inderpal Singh.
