Royal heritage and looks of Patiala celebrated with exquisite makeovers

Sensing the spirit in mind Seasoned makeover expert Richa Agarwal along with Harveen Kathuria revealed the Royal and exquisite trends in bridal makeovers and added a Patiala punch to these looks. The preview of these makeovers was done in Chandigarh. Looks were curated for brides, grooms, friends and family.

The inspiration for these looks were drawn from the royal bridal looks of patiala which depicts flamboyance, glittering jewellery and a modernised sense of style which depicts the royal heritage of Patiala.

From beautiful bride and groom outfits, jewellery, accessories, makeup and hairstyles, the trends for upcoming bridal seasons have undergone complete overhaul. On the occasion Richa also made forecasts for makeup trends for bridesmaids and working women.

For bridal looks a combination of bold and vibrant hues was picked. And eye makeup remained creative and smokey. These makeovers elaborated on elaborate jewellery in pearls and rubys , from broad maangtikka to statement neck pieces and ear jewellery; everything was opulent and luxurious and reflected the styles of Royal Patiala brides.

A unique Punjabi comedy drama movie, Maa Da Ladla narrates the tale of a single mother who leaves no stone unturned to keep her son happy. And as the story further unfolds, it talks about how she finds a prospective father for her little champ (more than a better-half for herself!).

Neeru Bajwa and Tarsem Jassar’s ‘Maa Da Ladla’ Gets A Nod from Bollywood, John Abraham Tweets

The upcoming Punjabi comic family drama Maa Da Ladla starring Tarsem Jassar, Neeru Bajwa and Roopi Gill in the lead has managed to create a huge buzz around its release, with even Bollywood wishing it success.

Recently, famous Bollywood actor and producer John Abraham tweeted in favour of Maa Da Ladla, giving his blessings to the entire team. He even tagged both the lead actors Tarsem Jassar and Neeru Bajwa in his tweet along with the director of Maa Da Ladla – Uday Pratap Singh.

Film Maa Da Ladla hits the theatres on September 16 and is a joint production of Manpreet Johal’s Vehli Janta Films and Munish Sahni’s Omjee Star Studios.

‘Kikli’ – a word that almost every person who has born or brought up in Punjab can relate to, Kikli takes everyone down the memory lane while reminiscing the childhood days of playing a fun game, wherein two people stand face to face close to each other and hold their hands crossing arms with their bodies inclined back and taking twirling rounds while enjoying this game/dance move thoroughly!

Punjab Jeha: Second song from upcoming Punjabi movie ‘Maa Da Ladla’ released

Vehli Janta Films and Omjee Star Studios have released the second song ‘Punjab Jeha’ from their upcoming family entertainer ‘Maa Da Ladla’ starring Tarsem Jassar, Neeru Bajwa Nirmal Rishi, Roopi Gill, Naseem Vicky, Iftikhar Thakur, Qaiser Piya, child actor Swastik Bhagat among others in prominent roles.
The song is sung by Wazir Patar and Kiran Sandhu. Its music is by Wazir Patar as well and the lyrics are penned by Tarsem Jassar. The song is a beautiful expression of love and captures the sweet essence of falling in love through little moments of life!

Tarsem Jassar’s lyrics, Wazir Patar’s lively melody – combine it with the soulful voices of Patar and Kiran Sandhu and you have the perfect song.
