Written and directed by Sukhjinder Sikh whose last directorial ‘The Mastermind Jinda Sukha’ released in overseas two years ago, the film will also star Lakhwinder Kandola in the role of the antagonist.
The other starcast includes B N Sharma, Karmjit Anmol, Milanpreet Kaur, Sabby Suri, Gurpreet Bhangu & Sukhjinder Singh himself.

While the poster was out in August itself, the stellar team of LAATU has now begun its promotions. Touted to be a period-drama, the film is reportedly aimed at showcasing the life of 1960s in India when electricity was still a luxury for Punjabi villagers and how with having it was considered as a ‘status symbol’ those days.
This movie is a story of a boy who wants to get his home electrified to improve his status symbol and fulfill the pre-requisite of the Matrimonial alliance of those days!

Only a few days ago, Binnu Dhillon announced the release of another wedding-based comedy, BAND WAAJE, which is releasing on 14th Feb, now Jordan Sandhu’s movie also releases in February – 1st February, to be precise!
However, earlier Kaake Da Viyah was scheduled to get released on 11th Jan 2019.

Jassie Gill made the announcement of the film’s title on his social media today and quenched the curiosity of his fans, who were longing to see him in a fresh Punjabi film after his outing in Bollywood (Happy Phir Bhaag Jaayegi.) Jassie Gill had also impressed earlier this year with his performance as ‘Radha’ in Mr and Mrs 420 returns.

As far as Ninja is concerned, this is going to be his second film after Channa Mereya – the much acclaimed remake of Marathi film ‘Sairat’. Along with Payal Rajput, Ninja stole the hearts of Punjabi audience with his tremendous acting.
Just like Gill, Ranjit Bawa was last seen in Mr and Mrs 420 Returns too wherein he effortlessly played the role of a drug-addict. Even though it was just a comedy film, Bawa’s role was complex and he performed it exceedingly well.
A few days ago the grapevine also suggested that Diamond famed Gurnam Bhullar will also star in High-End Yaariyaan. Let’s see what all surprises Pankaj Batra has in store for all of us.

From the first poster, we get a feeling that High-End Yaariyaan is going to be a story based on the bonding between three friends.
