This story is of Buta and Naseebo, a.k.a Gagan Kokri and Monica Gill. The duo have paired up for the first time.
Yaara Ve releases on 5th April. It is directed by Rakesh Mehta and produced by Bally Singh Kakar. Besides Monica Gill and Gagan Kokri, the film also stars actors like Yuvraj Hans, Raghveer Boli, Nirmal Rishi and Yograj Singh.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh made an announcement through his Twitter account today that the release date of Hindi Film starring Punjabi actor Diljit Dosanjh has been postponed again.
Arjun Patila will now release on July 19.

Earlier Arjun Patiala was slated to release on September 13, 2018, but it got postponed to May 3, 2019 instead – the same date when Punjabi film ‘Muklawa’ by Whitehill Studios was to be released. Then Muklawa got postponed for a 24th May release.
Now with the announcement of another release date, Diljit’s Arjun Patiala will clash with Gippy Grewal’s directorial Ardaas 2 in Punjab. Though Arjun Patiala is a Hindi Film but considering Diljit’s major fan base in Punjab, the film is expected to work more in Punjab. So, let’s see whether the makers avoid this clash or not!

According to the team of Chandigarh-Amritsar-Chandigarh, this film will focus on an unusual love story which Punjabi audience might never have seen before in Punjabi cinema.
Chandigarh-Amritsar-Chandigarh is scheduled for a May 24 (2019) release.
Chandigarh Amritsar Chandigarh is produced by Sumit Dutt and is a Leostride Entertainment Production. The film is directed by Karan R Guliani with screenplay and dialogues by Naresh Kathooria and will have music by Jatinder Shah.

One of the salient features of Nadhoo Khan is that it is the First Punjabi Period Film to be shot in a wide frame. Directed by Imran Sheikh, the DOP of the film is Soni Singh, who has made sure to give every frame of the teaser its unique colour, making it an ultimate treat for the eyes.
The entire starcast including the lead pair Harish Verma and Wamiqa Gabbi looks endearing in a teaser that unfolds the richness of Punjab’s culture beautifully. A great news has just come in. We all know about Hindi film, Hera Pheri released in 2000 which is touted as one of the best ever Bollywood comedies starring Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and the likes of Paresh Rawal. Do you know Hera Pheri was a remake of a Malayalam movie – Ramji Rao Speaking, and now our Punjabi filmmakers have acquired the rights of the original and they are casting none other than Punjabi cinema’s favorite Binnu Dhillon for the same!
Punjabi ‘Hera Pheri’ was announced today itself by Omjee Group owner, Munish Sahni on his Facebook page. When we asked him whether the film is a remake of the Hindi one or something totally new in Punjabi, he confirmed that Punjabi Hera Pheri is the official remake of Ramji Rao Speaking!
Now as your curiosity is building, let us also tell you that Hera Pheri will also star Raj Singh Bedi and Gurpreet Ghuggi in the movie. We can guess that the role of Akshay shall be played by Binnu but let’s see who plays Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal’s character in our Punjabi version.

After finishing the shoot of his maiden Punjabi movie as a producer, ‘Mindo Taseeldarni’, Karamjit Anmol has announced his second production – ‘No Life With Wife’. Only yesterday the title poster of the same was launched and it was inaugurated by Sardar Sohi and Rajvir Jawanda.
From the title it appears ‘No Life With Wife’ is going to be a marriage-based comedy drama.
Karamjit Anmol is producing the movie with Ranjiv Singla, while Pavitar Benipal and Monty Benipal. Further, the story has been written by Praveen Kumar. The details regarding the star cast as well as the release date haven’t been out yet.
With just about 12 days to go to the release of ‘Yaara Ve’, the makers are making sure that the audience’s attention doesn’t go anywhere. Promotions are on full swing and the captivating trailer is another reason to watch this Rakesh Mehta film on the 5th of April.
