  1. Saffron: The world’s most exotic condiment, Saffron is definitely one of the most magical ingredients that can do wonders for your skin. Chandigarh-based beauty and makeup expert, Richa Agarwal shares, “Saffron has active carotenoids and antioxidants that help the skin to maintain optimum health and have a smooth, youthful texture. It also possesses anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce irritation, rashes, and swelling.”“For hydration, you can make a pack with saffron and honey. Just take one tablespoon of honey and two or three strands of saffron. Massage your face using this mix in upward circular motion and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing it off with water. The two together can give a luminous skin with a unique freshness to it,” Richa reveals.
  2. Coffee: The perfect morning booster for many people, coffee is also an excellent ingredient that helps to rejuvenate the mind and body. It serves as a brilliant exfoliator which helps in stimulating blood flow and remove impurities; thereby leaving your face and body with a flawless glow.One of the easiest homemade coffee packs include mixing coffee powder and raw milk and applying it as a face pack on the cleansed face and neck. You can let it rest on your face for 10-15 minutes, and then wash it off with cold water. This will help you to get a smooth and glowing skin!

Turmeric: One of the most commonly found ingredients in the kitchen, turmeric includes natural antioxidant, antiseptic and skin brightening properties that help in removing any tans and treat the blemishes.You can make a quick face pack at home by mixing turmeric, honey and yogurt in equal quantities and apply the pack for 15-20 minutes.
