The singer-turned-actor Gippy Grewal staunchly believes in voicing out his opinions on things that matter and his recent Facebook post stood testament to the same. He talked about how we often find ourselves reveling deep into the materialistic benefits of every day life; oblivious to the real meaning of happiness and contentment.
In his recent Facebook post, Grewal raised his concern about how American singer and song writer, Michael Jackson appointed 12 doctors at home who would daily examine him from hair to toe-nails with the vision to live 150 years. However, as destiny would have it, Jackson’s heart stopped functioning when he was 50 years old. A team of proficient doctors from across the globe couldn’t help him fulfill his dream of living for 150 years.
Through this narrative, Gippy Grewal made an attempt to highlight the little things that actually mean a lot in reality.
“Control life or else life will control you. The things which really matter at the end of life is contentment, satisfaction and peace.Sadly, these cannot be bought,” he concluded.
Grewal’s upcoming Punjabi movie, Ardaas Karaan also seems to be in sync with the same. The movie talks about how people from different generations often tend to have a conflict in opinion about life oblivious to the spiritual meaning of life.
Produced by Humble Motion Pictures, Ardaas Karaan stars Gippy Grewal, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Japji Khaira, Meher Vij, and Yograj Singh. The movie is slated to release worldwide on July 19th.
