Punjabi movie Chal Mera Putt 3 has been going great guns across the world ever since its release on October 1, and has been creating new benchmarks for a Punjabi film in the UK and Ireland markets.
Starring Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal in the lead, this Janjot Singh directorial has garnered humongous praise and love from the Punjabi diaspora and at the same time registered historic numbers at the box office.
According to Comscore Movies (UK and Ireland), Chal Mera Putt 3 is among the top 5 releases this week in the UK, with the second highest location average this week after just No Time To Die.
It may be noted that No Time to Die that hit the theatres on September 30, is the 25th in the James Bond series which stars Daniel Craig in his fifth and last outing as the fictional British M16 agent.
Directed By Janjot Singh and penned by Rakesh Dhawan, Chal Mera Putt 3 is produced by Karaj Gill and Ashu Munish Sahni, and co-produced by Prabhdeep Singh under the banner of Rhythm Boyz Entertainment, Gillz Network, Omjee Star Studios and Canvas Creations.
