If there’s one Punjabi movie that the world missed during the Covid-19 lockdown for over a year and a half, then it has to be Amrinder Gill’s Chal Mera Putt 2 — a movie that smashed the box-office in its first two days of release – just before the lockdown in India in March 2020.

But ever since the announcement by Rhythm Boyz Entertainment that the movie is re-eleasing across the globe, fans’ frenzy has reached a whole new level, and the tickets of Chal Mera Putt 2 are selling like hot cakes.
So much is the craze, that the Thursday shows in Canada are already sold out — even when there’s still a week to go in its release.
Besides the swashbuckling looks of Amrinder Gill, another major reason why the audience is getting so excited for the movie is its new revised teaser that shows that Chal Mera Putt 2 would be packed with even more fun, songs and hilarious scenes than the already released version.

The film is being eagerly awaited for Simmi Chahal’s flawless acting too, besides of course the presence of talented artistes from Pakistan — Nasir Chinyoti, Iftikhar Thakur and Akram Udhas, and amazing Indian actors like Hardeep Gill, Garry Sandhu, Ruby Anum and Normal Rishi.
Directed by Janjot Singh and written by Rakesh Dhawan, Chal Mera Putt 2 has been produced by Karaj Gill and Ashu Munish Sahni and co-produced by Prabhdeep Singh under the banner of Rhythm Boyz Entertainment.
