Babbu Mann: First Punjabi Actor To Do A TRIPLE Role

A movie’s trailer releasing just one day before its release! A film on life-after-death being made! Mainstream actors doing war movies, comedy actors trying their luck as heroes! Yes, all of this is happening in our very own Punjabi cinema and now ready for another experiment is Mushtaq Pasha with his upcoming film, Banjara – Teh Truck Driver, which stars Babbu Mann in a triple role!

Mushtaq Pasha, the director of the film is one talented guy. He is the recepient of the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke award.

As far as Babbu Mann’s role is concerned, he will be playing the son, the grandson and the grandfather in his triple role! However, the film will not see Babbu ageing, as he will play the pota, beta and dada’s roles in the young avatar of their respective times. The film will highlight eras of 1947, 1984 and 2018 showing love interests of three generations in their younger days.

The film is also a comeback project of Babbu, last seen in Baaz in 2014. Reportedly, Babbu Mann had to undergo several rounds of makeup, for hours, to prepare for the sequence. Babbu’s screen names in the film are Harnek Singh (1947), Nachhatar Singh (1984) and Binder Singh (2018). Others in the star cast include, Rana Ranbir, Malkit Rauni, Prakash Yadu, Gurpreet Bhangu, Shraddha Arya, Jia Mustafa and Sara Khatri.
