Floods have wrecked havoc in more than 500 villages of Punjab this season resulting in the loss of several lives and making many a homeless. Besides the government and many social organisations, several stars from the Punjabi entertainment industry have come forward to help the victims both financially and at the ground level.
According to a report in Dainik Savera, some members of Diljit Dosanjh’s founded Saanjh Foundation came out to help the flood victims in Punjab’s Sultanpur Lodhi. In the video, one can see them actively supporting the families who have suffered heavily due to floods.

Other than Diljit Dosanjh, other Punjabi artistes who have came out openly to support flood victims are Gippy Grewal, who donated a sum of Rs 10 lakh to Khalsa Aid, Tarem Jassar and Himanshi Khurana, who personally went to carry out rescue operations and distribute food and medical supplies, Gurpreet Ghuggi, R Nait and many more.
